MAKE SURE TO PREPARE A SCRIPT
It should be no longer than two minutes. Make it sound inviting but be careful not to give too much detail. We're still just enticing the viewer to come see the home. Two minutes flies by quickly.
DON'T STRESS
We realize that this may be the first time you've done something like this. We'll walk you through every bit of it. We're great at hand holding if needed. 80% of the time you'll just be reading your script off-camera, so it really isn't too hard.

Viewers will be meeting and getting a chance to know you, so be sure to dress the way you'd like to be remembered. Solid colors work best. No need to buy anything new, you meet with people all the time. just pick your favorite.
WHAT ABOUT THE HOUSE
Make the home look as inviting as possible. Turn on lights, and ceiling fans, light the fireplace and candles. Movement on video goes a long way to it's success, so spinning fans and crackling fires look great!
Make sure to tell the homeowner to hide any eyesores such as mail on the counter or last night's dishes. Also be sure the beds are made.
You're the expert, so make sure to let us know what areas you want highlighted in the video, the view, master suite, kitchen, etc.
